Yes! I can restring and re-knot a Quiet Earth Healing Arts MALA, and even replace beads should you wish to refresh your MALA. I can also restring and re-knot a MALA originally made by someone else, however the beads will need to be inspected first for quality and size, to determine whether it is possible.

The costs to restring and re-knot are as follows:

MALA necklace: $68

Mini pocket MALA: $15 Half MALA: $34

Kids MALA: $68

Bracelet (re-sting): $5 To get started and to confirm the cost, please email sophie@quietearthhealingarts.ca with a picture of your piece to be repaired. These costs do not include return shipping. Further repair costs are determined on an individual basis.

All our gemstone beads are inspected and purchased by myself, in person, from trusted, local suppliers in Ottawa, Canada who have been in business for several decades and with whom we have cultivated a business relationship based on mutual concerns for quality, authenticity and ethical sourcing. None of our beads are purchased online or from craft stores.

Apart from the high quality, natural gemstone beads, we use the following materials:

- Silver plated spacer, accent and Guru beads

- Nylon string to knot the MALAs for durability

- 100% cotton thread for the handmade tassels

- Silver plated T-claps for our half MALAS

Each Quiet Earth Healing Arts MALA has been designed and carefully crafted with loving intentions, and comes with a storage pouch. We recommend storing your MALA in the pouch provided when not in use or being worn. The tassel may get a little worn out over time; you may gently untangle the tassel strands with your fingers, and while pressing the tassel strands between your index and middle fingers, trim the ends sticking out with sharp scissors to even them out. It's normal to do this every now and again.

Once agreed, a non-refundable deposit equal to 35% of the final price is required to start assembling the custom piece.
